PMAN - to do list

#1
TO-DO LIST

- Not really for PMan but when we recruit someone we really should make him fill out a form on our website so we can check more easily who's alt is who's, and to solve bots or some shit like that we could just put password on it and give it out to people. Would really help keep track of things.

- Logs of who imports chars with api

- Cross check if people have submitted api with membercount of main characters in corp.
- modify cronjob for keys/chars to check characters and re-import when changes on chars

- FULLCHECK.contracts

- FULLCHECK.mails

- Fix location-output on FULLCHECK.marketdata (eve.static.dump implementation)

-
Idea: Checking if user is registered on forums, like you did with the check if we have his api key.

- Logs of who imports chars with api
done. - From now on if a key is inserted the first time, the user who does it will be stored in database.
This only runs when the key insert is done, the cronjob (updates) doesnt touch it.

This is not displayed anywhere at pman, but if the question arises I can see in the database who inserted the key.

done. :coffee:

at pman in "Members" there is a new column called "Key" - it shows the number of keys that we have stored for this main character.
If it is '0' -> no keys have been stored.
if it is 'A' -> it is an alt character and ignored for checking keys.
if it is '1' to '5' (or more) this is the number of stored keys linked to this main char.

As u can see the following havent sent keys:

Ashen
Goborn
IceBab
Kostolany
Mok'Tel
OprAddonexus
Peckhem
PMolkenthin
Tenacha
Ydoc Llezsor

---------------

Peckhem and Kosto we can probably ignore, not active anyway.
IceBab we should maybe kick, was a friend of Aeona Flux (who left tdg) if I am not wrong.

---------------

just as note, also no keys from (but directors and not needed):
Hunter
Lifewire
Orthan

done. but not "cronjobbed" yet :knifed:

this does not run automatic yet;

problems:
1) Forum Login name sometimes does not match members name
-> will have to code a parser that still finds a match

2) Forum encrypts Login-name and stores it as "blob" in database
-> will have to find the function in forum-code that does decrypt this to clear-text names and to take it over for pman

3) Forum uses another database than killboard and pman
-> will have to switch databases in pman-code and/or sync the needed data to the pman-database

-------------------------------

atm we have the following members without login to forums:

- amstaffuuu
- IceBab (would kick anyway)
- InnerVoice
- LTMatteous
- Wheatloaf69

done now.

I managed to sync the database of forum with the pman database, it fetches now the userdata from the forum, crosschecks usernames <> membernames and sets the flag for pman tdg_pilots.ForumYN to Y if it matches.

Still there is the problem with the usernames from the forum that does not match to the member-names like here:
Image
Solved this way:
In pman tdg_pilots there is a new column named 'ForumSynonym' where I added the matching names. Yeah this is not optimal, but I dont want to code a parser to solve this, better just get the new members to register with their eve-name if possible.

Synonyms actual:

DONE

2)
Idea: ...
Thats overthinking it, cant you just list names that were removed from database when doing an import.
Idea: A member logbook
We have a history of members joining and leaving. ...
Idea:
When people leave we need some sort of notification to revoke forum access and which alts to unblue.
3)
Idea: For the fullcheck, a thousand seperator > skillpoints, balance, clone, wallet journal and transactions
DONE

4)
Idea:
Change the API Key checkout process into steps, to make it easier for everyone to do API checks.

Step 1: Forum posts
Step 2: KD Ratio on battleclinic and evekill
Step 3: Skill points
Step 4: Mails
Step 5: Finances and Assets
5)
Idea:
http://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/EVE_A ... ntact_List
Can see set standings and contacts with this.
6)
Idea:
Some sort of notification on PMan interface when a POS has less than 7 days of fuel in it.
